A man charged with robbery also faces murder charges after his two alleged accomplices were shot and killed by a homeowner during an alleged robbery in a racially-charged case in rural Northern California. A lot more of this should be done and repeatedly told to children everywhere. Barge into someone's house, YOU create the bad consequences.

My take on this situation:

When a person sells drugs to another person or even gives those drugs to another person and it results in their death. The seller/provocateur goes to prison and faces charges that will not get him the death penalty, but will ensure his/her not seeing freedom for a good time. There is a similarity that I am drawing here.

The problem with this issue, just like the problem with most issues is it happened in a white neighborhood and the crime was committed by black men.

Why is this a problem?

You can't hold young black men accountable (under the law and it is a rare law but still a law) in a white neighborhood or Jesse, Al, The NAACP and every minister from every Baptist church in America will be preaching that they're persecuting another man. Every single time there is a charge against a black person in a white neighborhood the media assumes (along with the loved one of the charged) that race is the ultimate factor.

I'm here to say, it's not.

Let me break down what happened here:

1) 3 young black men broke into the home of a white suburban family to steal drugs because this man had legal marijuana.
2) The homeowner acting on instinct pulled his gun, shot two of the men to death.
3) The third man fled on foot.

That's all that happened. I'm sure that this suburbanite was just waiting for these men to break into his house, it was his ultimate goal in life. To get away with the perfect crime, just baiting these defenseless, poor, indentured, young black men into his home to rob him so he could murder them. That's exactly how things happen.

The third guy essentially (and under the law) committed murder and he should be charged.

Maybe this will teach a lesson, although I highly doubt it's one that will deter any crime by those who can always fall back on the race card rather than face their trials and tribulations like a person who is capable of decisive action.

"This man had no business killing these boys," Brown said. "They were shot in the back. They had fled."

Yes, no business at all. They only broke into his home. I mean they're allowed to do this and get off scot-free
