This all brings me to another point, whatever happened to the days of decency? I found it amusing that we would involve 'financial institutions' in the mix when we're throwing around governments and international organizations. While it's no mystery that all of the USA's numismatical actions pertain to their foreign policy, it's appalling that we would openly invite them into such meetings. Uncouth as it may be, I guess it's better to have it in the open.

The really frightening part of these recent happenings and meetings is our consistent talk of 'middle eastern peace' and how we're essentially gearing up for another war. This time the country's name ends with an N though it starts with the regular I. Unfortunately, I'm not speaking of Israel (a country I detest), I am of course speaking of Iran.

The dimwits that are running this country and the ones from other nations that see fit to make a profit from this gear up are certainly in favor of this. They would not speak of Iran if it weren't in their radar for hostile take over, I mean....liberation. Yes, that's right. We may as well announce are plans from the Bush administration now because we know exactly where this is going to go. No need to stage a dick measuring contest for this atrocity to be started.

Those of you who may think I'm jumping the gun and that these 'talks' are mere innocent ones that are attempting to contain Iran and their middle eastern power that will ultimately end in no more than idle speak. Have no fear, America is on the job.

It's about time we start another war too, we're not in financial shambles, we don't have an economy that falling apart with the middle class becoming the new serfs, our oil prices aren't through the roof and we don't have a problem with our mortgages right now. To date we've helped put Hussein into power, we helped put Afghanistan leaders in power, we supplied Osama with weapons and technology. We've done everything we could to keep that area unstable and I hope we get what we deserve. I really hope that this country ultimately gets what we deserve, an iron fist treatment from a people so pissed off at our country that they're willing to kill themselves to take out 2-3 of us.

I just saw the parents of this girl on MSNBC her father and mother (who have now split up) made statements such as:

I hate to point fingers but...maybe, just maybe if you raised the child, validated that child, instilled morals and rational thought into that child instead of letting her have a myspace account to 'talk to hot boys and stuff' she wouldn't have ended up in a closet, on a rope. Maybe if you didn't let her get so involved in her own vanity it wouldn't have happened. Oh, who am I though?

I know it seems heartless, that's because it is. People are saying we need internet laws for people who 'cyber bully'. You have to be kidding me.

Listen people, I'm only going to say this once and I want you to understand exactly what I'm saying. If you allow your child to get online, if you allow that child to get so wrapped up in the opinions of other people because you're too worried about trying to find a secretary to fuck you during your meaningless day job or you're pissed at your husband for fucking his new secretary or whatever reason you're giving now. If you allow this CHILD to get online and be involved in an active social networking site, YOU are ultimately responsible for the outcome of the site. Not a person saying 'something mean' to your kid. If you raised a balanced, intelligent, worthwhile child you wouldn't have to worry about him/her deciding to kill him/herself because of a 2 sentence comment calling him/her a shitbag.

It's pretty simple? I guess that's why we in America can't possibly understand this concept. It's far too simple. We'd rather pass legislature against people saying mean things than actually be better parents. More receptive parents, or raise children to actually use their intelligence and be rational people. My take on this situation:

When a person sells drugs to another person or even gives those drugs to another person and it results in their death. The seller/provocateur goes to prison and faces charges that will not get him the death penalty, but will ensure his/her not seeing freedom for a good time. There is a similarity that I am drawing here.

The problem with this issue, just like the problem with most issues is it happened in a white neighborhood and the crime was committed by black men.

Why is this a problem?

You can't hold young black men accountable (under the law and it is a rare law but still a law) in a white neighborhood or Jesse, Al, The NAACP and every minister from every Baptist church in America will be preaching that they're persecuting another man. Every single time there is a charge against a black person in a white neighborhood the media assumes (along with the loved one of the charged) that race is the ultimate factor.

I'm here to say, it's not.

Let me break down what happened here:

1) 3 young black men broke into the home of a white suburban family to steal drugs because this man had legal marijuana.
2) The homeowner acting on instinct pulled his gun, shot two of the men to death.
3) The third man fled on foot.

That's all that happened. I'm sure that this suburbanite was just waiting for these men to break into his house, it was his ultimate goal in life. To get away with the perfect crime, just baiting these defenseless, poor, indentured, young black men into his home to rob him so he could murder them. That's exactly how things happen.

The third guy essentially (and under the law) committed murder and he should be charged.

Maybe this will teach a lesson, although I highly doubt it's one that will deter any crime by those who can always fall back on the race card rather than face their trials and tribulations like a person who is capable of decisive action.

In America, we give rights to those who have forfeited their citizenship by murdering and raping children. We ride a fine line in this country by persecuting decent average citizens in aspects of their lives such as, their ability to choose what to put into their bodies and give a stay of execution to some piece of trash who decided to kidnap, rape and murder a small boy in Florida. This is a non issue of course.

The reason he gets a stay for the time being?

Someone is appealing the use of lethal injection. This comes from the rather lengthy lethal injection of an inmate in Florida a few years ago that sparked, then governor, Jeb Bush to revoke the death penalty in that state. It was reinstated by now governor of Florida Charlie Crist.

How can we justify allowing this disgusting human another day on this planet? How are we able to sleep at night knowing that we have decided a few minutes of pain isn't justifiable for the rape and murder of an 11 year old boy?

This man should be put in the gallows in the middle of that town and murdered by way of stones being thrown at his body. He should be raped with spikes of barbed wire until his skin is grey in color and he's not able to breathe.

His stay of execution is sickening. This man deserves to die in a crueler fashion than lethal injection but we're America, we're 'fair' even to those who do not deserve such fairness.

While we're on the topic. Las Vegas, thanks for this summer, I desperately needed the depraved city scape of endless alcohol, dumb fucking tourists, driving ridiculous speeds, staying up 60 straight hours and hanging out in the Far Hills desert.

It was a late Autumn party in the middle of a Corn field. It was drinking beer for 4 hours near a bonfire and trying to fuck with everyone around. It was a glorious night, indeed.

It wasn't until around 11pm that I would see the fate of this night.

I walked toward the truck I had driven into the corn field that night, I had to leave feverishly. There was a rumbling in my stomach that had come on like the Blitzkrieg during the Luftwaffe bombings, it became apparent that if I didn't shit here and now I would have it running ever so quickly down my leg.

I looked left, I looked right and all I could see is the light from the bonfire still on me. I had to get out of this light, for the life of me I could see no cover. I ran about 100 feet down the path and came across the most glorious site man had ever bestowed.

I hurried over to the half-truck, half-car, all amazing feat of white trashery. Dropped my pants off my body completely and jumped onto the tailgate. Spreading my ass cheeks so that it wouldn't be a messy one, I dropped a deuce that would rival small pets in size. I took off my shoes so that my socks could be used as improvised toilet paper and dropped the socks onto the pile. Putting my shoes and pants back on I wondered what the owner of this car would think when he looked into the bed trying to find whatever he put there on occassion.

I want to take this time to apologize to that person. I do apologize Chad Snyder. I shouldn't have taken a shit in your half-truck bed. Surely you can understand my plight.

The Chicago Tribune does it's best to do a story on the Jena 6 scandal and they've managed to uncover a few things that are quite interesting. Looks like the money raised for these underprivileged youth is going to good use.

There are only a few things that can piss me off more than misappropriated sympathy.

I want to break down exactly what went down with this case.

6 [who cares what race they were] men jumped 1 [who cares what race he was] man outside of a high school in Jena, LA.

We have the media attempting to say it was a retaliatory act after white students hung nooses from a tree in front of the school over three months prior to this incident. We have the media refusing to publish the fact that Mr. Bell was already on probation for assault when he decided to take part in a 6-on-1 beating.

I guess we have a line in America that we're unwilling to cross. We're not willing to stand up and let people know that violence simply will not be tolerated. No, we couldn't do this in the Jena 6 case because it's obvious that 6 black teens could not be attempting to murder a white teen. They were just beating his ass for no good reason. They didn't intend it to result in death. No, because we would then have to look at the results of the opposite occasion.

If this case were flipped. If this were a case of an apparent 'racist' southern town where 6 white males had decided to visciously beat 1 black male, we would have the same people 'protesting'. They would be protesting if the sentence was reduced to simple assault because no group of white males could only intend on simply beating him. They would certainly be out to murder this man.

We live in a country of fanatical lunatics who have decided they will not bother to fix the problem, they will simply attempt to fix the outcome in favor of one group over another.

This is a case of racial injustice. Unfortunately, it is not the race that the protesters would have you believe.

So it's been a few months since the JENA 6 broke the news and I decided that I would take some time to reflect and cool down on this subject before tackling it with full force. During this time Jason Whitlock has offered some serious perspective on the issues at hand from the view point of an African American leader. My main problem with the entire Jena 6 fiasco is simple.

Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton have once again found it their duty to 'go national' and spew their ignorant diatribes about black inequality in a case that they do not understand.

I sympathize with the 6 boys who were facing attempted murder charges. I don't think it fits the crime at hand but I do understand that a 6 on 1 fight that leaves a kid beaten and bloody on a sidewalk could very well be construed as attempted murder.

Jesse and Al got the call one morning and they decided to jump on a plane and do what they do best. Painting a picture of these kids as if they were model citizens who just got a bad break. Not 6 bullies who happened to get caught when they savagely beat another student. They decided to once again show that they're not about equal rights, they're about blacks rights superseding the rights of true victims of crime.

They also showed this in the infamous Duke Lacrosse rape scandal when they rallied behind the Black Community College stripped who was down on her luck and only stripping to get through community college. Again the master painters said she received the wrong end of the stick and was 'viciously raped' by these up scale white lacrosse players. Negating any chance that these kids had to proceed with their side of the case (which was ultimately the factual side). Nope, there is no truth only what you make the truth.

You see the problem I have with the Jena 6 is only those who have decided to take the forefront of all African American injustices in America. I'm not denying that there are not injustices that happen based upon peoples races. I am contending that the people whom decide to take the moral stand in these cases (Jesse and Al) have cried wolf too many times.

You see as a moderately intelligent person, I know that certain peoples opinions have varied weights. When these two geniuses decided to start attacking every single issue as if it were life or death, as if the very pinnacle of black existence in America hung in the balance, they set back the equality between black and white 20 years. You can not trust these people to offer a fair and balanced approach to anything as they've decided all actions true and untrue should be attacked with ferocity enough to destroy those in opposition. This isn't bad when you understand the issue and know who you're dealing with. However, it is dangerous when you only know a few key facts and decide that the mass media will help you cover up those eye sores that are ultimately truth.

I think the entire African American nation should stand up and tell Jesse/Al to eat a big bag of penis. They do not represent you in a way that will benefit you. They represent you in a way that will benefit their own self righteous behavior.

Fuck you, Al Sharpton. Fuck you, Jesse Jackson. The purveyors of injustice, the benefactors of social inequality.

I've made it my duty in part because I'm ostentatious. This realization is months away though, I can not dream of the day when my world collapses and I decide to walk away from everything.

I walk across the office floor my coat in hand, my eyes glancing from one end to the next attempting to avoid eye contact so I may avoid awkward conversation with someone that I despise. Too late.

A 19 minute conversation that equated to something of this nature.

Coworker John: 16 minutes of blah blah blah trying to start some kind of strike at work.
Me: Ya, ummm...I better get to my desk I've got a couple deadlines.
Coworker John: Ya man, that's what I was saying. They never let us have enough time and give us these bullshit deadlines.
Me: Hmmm, ya.
Coworker John: So are you with me?
Me: Uhhhh, send me an email.

I hurry away hoping John is stabbed in the heart by a dagger at lunch. I know it's not likely but I am hoping that someone from the original Buffy: Movie will bust through the door and scream LIFELESS SCUM! and take his ass out.

I finally get to my desk, 35 minutes have passed being on the clock and I can't walk 200 feet in this amount of time without 2 of my bosses and 3 coworkers stopping me to ask a question about accounts I'm dealing with.
